In the unlikely event that you wish to return your True Back, please do the following:

1. Call Customer Service for a Return Manufacturer’s Number. 888-999-8109

2. Clearly write the RMA number and the name in which the order was made on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

3. Inside the box include a copy of your invoice or this information:
